2. Perfect Hygiene Standards
Hygiene is always perfect. Every entertainer must arrive freshly groomed, clean, and well-presented. Hair, nails, breath, clothing, and overall appearance must be polished and maintained at all times.
3. Dress Code
Entertainers must wear the outfit chosen for the event (game-day attire, luxury event wear, theme outfits, etc.). Clothing should be clean, fitted properly, and reflect the level of class and professionalism our brand upholds.
4. Respect Goes Both Ways
We treat every client with respect and expect that same respect in return. Entertainers do not tolerate disrespect, harassment, or unsafe environments. Any issues should be reported immediately.
5. No Explicit or Illegal Activity
Our services are strictly entertainment-focused—cooking, serving, hosting, creating vibes, and elevating events. No entertainer is required or expected to engage in anything outside of our official service list.
6. Safety Comes First
Entertainers must always be aware of their surroundings. If a situation feels unsafe or inappropriate, they have the right to step away and contact management.
7. Confidentiality
Client privacy is protected. No photos, videos, or details about private events are shared without permission.
8. Reliability & Accountability
Entertainers must communicate clearly if running late, needing assistance, or unable to perform. No-call/no-shows are not tolerated

Customers may not request anything outside of our official service list.
Clients must provide a safe, appropriate environment. If an entertainer feels unsafe, they may end the service immediately with no refund.
Let us know the event details, number of guests, and any special requests ahead of time. Last-minute changes may affect pricing or availability.
Clients may request a theme (game-day outfits, classy black, team colors, etc.), but it must remain appropriate and aligned with our brand.
No photos or videos of our entertainers may be taken without mutual agreement. Privacy is important for both sides.
All payments must be made on time. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Cancellations within the last 24 hours may be non-refundable.
