  • Being punctual, polite, and respectful to clients and team members is mandatory.
  • Harassment, offensive behavior, or unprofessional conduct will not be tolerated.

2. Hygiene & Appearance

  • Hygiene is always perfect. Hair, nails, breath, skin, and clothing must be clean and polished.
  • Clothing must be appropriate for the event, properly fitted, and reflect the brand’s image.

3. Scope of Services

  • Services include cooking, serving, hosting, and providing entertainment/energy at events.
  • No entertainer is required or expected to provide any illegal, sexual, or unlisted services.

4. Safety

  • Entertainers have the right to refuse service or leave if they feel unsafe at any time.
  • Unsafe, threatening, or illegal behavior by clients must be reported immediately.

5. Respect

  • Entertainers are expected to respect clients, venues, and coworkers.
  • Likewise, entertainers must expect and receive respect from clients. Any violation is grounds for immediate reporting and potential removal from an event.

6. Confidentiality

  • Entertainers must maintain client privacy.
  • No photos, videos, or details about events may be shared without explicit permission.

7. Punctuality & Reliability

  • Entertainers must arrive on time and prepared for their duties.
  • Last-minute cancellations without valid reason may result in penalties or loss of booking privileges.

8. Communication

  • Clear and professional communication with management is required for schedule changes, concerns, or issues during an event.

9. Reporting Violations

  • Any client or coworker behavior that violates safety, respect, or professionalism standards should be reported immediately to management.

10. Agreement

By performing services with [Your Business Name], the entertainer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Compliance is mandatory for continued participation.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds Policy

  • All bookings are final.
  • Payments made to secure entertainers or services are non-refundable under any circumstance.

  1. Exceptions

  • Refunds will only be issued if HOTTIESOFCLT is at fault—for example, a booking error, double booking, or failure to provide the agreed-upon service.
  • In such cases, the refund amount will be determined by management and processed promptly.

  1. Cancellations

  • Client cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
  • Clients are encouraged to reschedule in advance, but deposits and payments remain non-refundable.

  1. Quality Assurance

  • We are committed to delivering the highest-quality service.
  • Any concerns regarding the service provided should be reported immediately during the event so we can address the situation on-site.
